Our mission begins with our staff, and we believe that our work is only as good as our people.  That is why we have built a passionate team committed to making a difference.  We are fortunate to have some of the most talented individuals across the state working to maximize outcomes and develop solutions to poverty, education gaps and adverse economic conditions. 

Just as our staff all carry out certain responsibilities and occupy different titles, above all they are leaders tackling some of the most challenging problems that our communities face.  Together, we are dedicated to creating sustainable opportunities that foster positive outcomes.
