UDMO Board of Directors

The 36-member board of directors is responsible for policymaking and program governance in UDMO’s 12-county service area. The board structure meets the tripartite requirements, consisting of 1/3 public officials, at least 1/3 client representatives and the remainder composed of private sector representatives.
