Funding is provided by the Iowa Department of Human Services through the Child Care Development Block Grant. Our CCR&R office serves the Iowa counties of Des Moines, Henry, Lee and Louisa.
All client, provider, parent and child records shall be kept confidential and shall be handled in compliance with applicable state and federal statutes and rules. CCR&R will not reveal the name, condition or any identifying factors of any individual who seeks services through CCR&R unless written permission is obtained to do so.
