Family Development & Self Sufficiency

The mission of the FaDSS program is to improve the lives of families at risk of long-term welfare dependency or family instability by creating opportunities for self-sufficiency.

Family Development and Self-Sufficiency (FaDSS) program provides services that promote and nurture families toward self-sufficiency.

Family Development Group
Family Development Group is for families participating in the Family Development and Self-Sufficiency Program (FaDSS), Career Ladders, and Family Self Sufficiency (FSS). The groups will be focusing on employment issues; everything from how to prepare for an interview to how to make quick and easy meals when on the go.
