Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
The Child and Adult Care Food Program is a federally funded program that is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Head Start & Child Development
The Early Childhood Programs include Head Start and Child Development classrooms for 3-5 year olds and the Early Head Start home-based program for 0-3 year olds. These programs are available free of charge to eligible families.

The Family Planning Program at NEICAC is a Title X funded delegate of the Iowa Department of Public Health. Title X is the Federal Health & Human Services funding for voluntary Family Planning services.

The Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) may be able to help keep you and your family safe and healthy.

Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
Services include a cost effectiveness energy audit, air leakage checks, insulation, and all combustion appliances inspection for repair and⁄or replacement. NEICAC’s own crews provide all but appliance and furnace repair services.

Winneshiek County General Relief
Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation administers Winneshiek County's General Relief Program. Applications for assistance through the Winneshiek county General Relief program may be made through NEICAC Winneshiek County Family Service Office in the basement of the Smith Building located at 305 Montgomery Street, Decorah.
