Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)
The Child and Adult Care Food Program is a federally funded program that is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Head Start & Child Development
The Early Childhood Programs include Head Start and Child Development classrooms for 3-5 year olds and the Early Head Start home-based program for 0-3 year olds. These programs are available free of charge to eligible families.

Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP)
Services include a cost effectiveness energy audit, air leakage checks, insulation, and all combustion appliances inspection for repair and⁄or replacement. NEICAC’s own crews provide all but appliance and furnace repair services.
