LHP - LOW INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE

Provides financial assistance with winter heating costs by paying a portion of the primary heating bill October through April.  May also be able to assist in paying for emergency furnace repairs or furnace replacements in life-threatening situations for eligible households October through September.

Crisis assistance to help pay past-due utility bills may also be available.  Call your local County Outreach office to apply
